Depending in the terminal products, the proportion of fiber addition quantity can be choose to be 5%~50%. Generally, the proportion of addition is about 7% for imitation silk cotton series, about 40% for hard cotton and palm beds, and it can be increased according to actual conditions for other types. |
Made through conjugate spinning of general polyester and modified low-melting polyester, this material is used for adhesion as its low melting components are melted and adhered through heat processing. It is eco-friendly as it adheres at a low temperature (approximately 110ºC) and boasts excellent ability to maintain a certain form after combining with other materials.
